Mueller secures dismissal of First Degree Murder charges after the Circuit Attorney’s Office withheld evidence of his client’s innocence. The Police worked with the Circuit Attorney’s Office to obtain an illegal search warrant, and then held on to evidence of his client’s innocence for nearly three years. Mueller told the press, “The way that the investigation was conducted and the way it was litigated…It’s not justice for my client. But it’s also not justice for these victims and their families. It’s not justice for the City.”
